Hi everyone and welcome to Blossom Education. I’m Vicki and I’ve been a teacher since 2004. I undertook a degree in French and German at the University of Hull and then immediately joined a PGCE Primary with MFL specialism course to become a qualified teacher. Since completing my PGCE, I have taught in a variety of schools: infant, junior, primary and complex needs. Currently, I teach part time after having two daughters. I am also a private tutor, writer and proofreader.
So, what is Blossom Education all about?
This will be a place for me to share news and views on all aspects of education. But, it doesn’t stop there. I will also be sharing news and views provided by others to give a balanced perspective on some of the challenges facing teachers, pupils, and parents.
